SHAY+ was founded on a simple realization drawn from 29 years of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) support within Western Canada’s heaviest industrial sectors: true safety cannot be managed from a truck or an administrative desk.
Too many staffing agencies operate as basic recruitment funnels, dispatching resumes without understanding the technical grit and specialized execution required in Drilling, Completions, Pipeline, and Earthworks. We built SHAY+ to be entirely different, a field-led partnership model.
